3-Is there a strict plan that has to be followed for success?
4-Does it gainsay what nourishment mavens and science has to say?
5-Does it rely basically on testimonials and 'before and after' footage too good to be true?
6-Is there a gimmick?
If you answered yes to most of these questions, once you've stepped back you should walk away and find a better plan.
Isn't today time to get real and make your weight loss plan permanent and realistic? No, this is not straightforward - it takes hard work. But with good info it can be easy, and that counts for a lot.
